ASTRA 2016

International Conference on Ancient Science and Technology: Retrospection and Aspiration (ASTRA) washeld in Deccan College Postgraduate and Research Institute between 9 th to 11 th January 2016. The mainfocus of the Conference was to discuss archaeological and textual evidences regarding origin anddevelopment of fundamental technologies and sciences. The Conference was a huge success with morethan 110 papers presented along with special lectures delivered by international scholars.



Indo-UK joint symposium on "Establishing a baseline for Understanding Late Quaternary megafaunal extinctions in India: local and global contexts", held in Pune 411001, from 16th to 18th February 2015.
